Customer area
We provide you with an online customer area for rapid access to our services: you can consult your contracts, order consumables, initiate and track a technical intervention, contact our customer service department, etc.
Hotline and service
To support you in your day-to-day operations, our technical team is at your disposal: telephone hotline located in our premises in France, preventive maintenance interventions by our technicians, interventions by our technicians in the event of a breakdown. We are contractually committed to SLAs, contractual response times depending on the extent of the breakdown.
Training
When we work with you on a project, we provide training for your employees who will be using the solutions we deploy. On-site or remotely, our experts adapt the training to your business and your needs.
